Can I gift a monthly subscription to Carnivore Club?
Yes, we highly recommend it! Our curated box of meat is perfect for that man who has everything. Our curated box makes a great birthday, holiday and Father’s Day gifts. We also think they make great corporate gifts.

How many products do I receive in each Carnivore Club box?
Always expect to receive 4 to 6 full-size items in each crate. We most commonly send five items in our crate, enough meat to last the month!
Carnivore Club boxes typically ship out on the 25th of each month.
In order to receive a current month’s Carnivore Club, you must place your order on or before the 20th of that month. For example, if you subscribe on August 23, your first Carnivore Club box would ship in September and arrive in the first week of October. If you had subscribed on August 14, your Carnivore Club box would arrive in the first week of September.
Be confident that each month we aim to exceed expectations. At Carnivore Club we covet the surprise, and discovery is as much a part of the experience as the food itself. You do have the ability to see past themes in our “What is Carnivore Club” section of the website. Or, if you are on our mailing list, you will receive a tip or hint to each month’s upcoming theme.
Currently Carnivore Club only assembles one theme per month, and we do not customize boxes to order. So if by chance you are allergic to a product in the crate, your only option would be to gift it. All products are sealed and you always have a great selection of different products.
We do not currently have a permanent Past Carnivore Club store on our website, however, stay tuned for something like this in the near future.
Your Carnivore Club may not arrive the same day every month, but it will always ship out around the 24th of each month and arrive in the first week of the following month (unless the post office really drops the ball).
Your billing cycle begins the day we compile our monthly orders. For example, if you order a box on July 8, your credit card will not be charged until July 21, when we compile the orders.
Canceling your subscription is as easy as going to “Account” on our website and clicking “Orders,” and then clicking “Cancel”. All cancellations are effective immediately.
After canceling, we will not charge you for any subsequent months, but you will receive a final Carnivore Club if you already paid for that month. There are no penalties to cancel your Carnivore Club subscription (other than your loss of amazing food, of course).
Carnivore Club currently only ships within North America, however we are expanding our network and will be shipping to more countries soon. If you live outside of North America and want a Carnivore Club, throw your name and email on our list here!
Believe it or not, because Carnivore Club works with only the finest artisan makers, we actually pay for the products that go into the box. Our ultimate goal is to provide an amazing premium experience and therefore we cannot give discounts.
For a gift, you pay for the entire gift package at once during your checkout. Your gift recipient will receive a Carnivore Club each month for the period you choose for them.
Can I put a custom note into my gift?
Currently we cannot put custom notes inside the boxes , but we are working on it.
If it is crunch time, and you need a last-minute gift, we can provide you with a beautiful gift card that you can print and hand out at your leisure. If you desperately need the physical crate to arrive at a certain time (i.e. Wedding), please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sortit out! Shipping / Returns Policy
We ship using Canada Post around the 21st of each month. Shipping generally takes 4 to 7 business days.
Yes. Simply log into your “Account” on the website and click the first tab “Your Shipping Address,” and make the necessary changes.

At this time we do not issue refunds unless your order is damaged. At which point, we will issue full replacements at no cost. We do ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods, so that we can relay that back to our fulfillment specialists.
